Families who enroll by March 15 may divide tuition into 8 automatic payments of $118.75, billed every two weeks.
This structured plan provides flexibility while ensuring tuition is completed early in the camp session.
• Registration fee is included in this plan
• The majority of tuition will be paid prior to the start of camp
• All tuition must be paid in full by the end of Week 4
• Automatic recurring billing is required
• A valid card must remain on file
***Declined Payment Policy***
If a scheduled payment is declined, families will be notified and must resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Accounts that remain unpaid after 48 hours may incur a $25 late fee and risk temporary suspension from camp activities until payment is brought current.
Repeated declined payments may result in removal from the payment plan and require the remaining tuition balance to be paid in full.
